Our first contact is established by email or phone. Our initial phone conversation - which is complimentary - allows us to see if we have a good fit for working together. The structure of coaching is flexible. We will design a coaching arrangement that meets your individual needs and schedule. Because our work is on the phone I can work with clients all over the country. If you don't have free long distance I'm happy to call you.
All of our conversations are 100% confidential.

The basic process consists of:
An initial 30 minute session to get acquainted with each other. Once we get started, our regularly scheduled appointments will typically be 35-60 minutes in length, four times a month, by telephone. There is no set length for the phone call because the session will end when we feel we have finished. You may need a little more or less time to think through what we are working on that session. I don't schedule clients back to back so you'll have the time that you need. Working together by phone allows us to focus strictly on the important issues and provides you with complete privacy in your work or home setting. If you need additional support, want my input on a situation, or have great news to share... I am there for you. My additional coaching support also includes E-mails and 5 minute alignment calls as needed. Having a weak moment? Send me a text, if I'm available...I'm yours.
Successful coaching can be short-term, where I help you create a vision, achieve a specific goal, or complete a particular project; or it can be long-term, where you want coaching for a number of projects and goals. You make a commitment to your goals, and to working with me for a certain time frame. This is often 3 months, 6 months or a year; but can also be on a month-to-month basis. I will periodically review your progress with you.
